Multidimensional peer-reputation analytics

Peer Reputation Index

Understand how colleagues are experienced—and where peer perception converges or divides.

Peer Rep Index helps managers run structured assessments, review multidimensional reputation patterns, and understand anonymous organization-level reciprocal perceptions without exposing attributable ratings.

Direct experience, honestly represented

Positive, Neutral / Mixed, and Negative capture directional perception. Not Enough Experience lets a respondent complete the task without forcing an unsupported judgment.

Consensus and division stay visible

Dimension Scores remain auditable against distributions, coverage, consensus, and polarization instead of flattening disagreement into one average.

Two complementary views

Reputation Results describe how each participant is perceived. Anonymous Relationship Analytics summarizes reciprocal-perception patterns across the organization.

Cornerstone

Peer responses place both the Execution Axis and Team Axis in the high band. This combines favorable perceptions across the dimensions contributing to both sides of the matrix.

Dependability / Trust

Distribution

Positive 74%Neutral 16%Negative 10%

This distribution describes Dependability / Trust only. The Cornerstone classification uses all six dimension scores across the Execution Axis and Team Axis.

Peer perception, not objective truth

Results describe patterns in colleagues' direct experience. They do not independently establish performance, personality, intent, or job suitability.

Direction, consensus, and polarization

A score near zero can reflect neutral concentration or sharply divided Positive and Negative responses. Peer Rep Index keeps those patterns distinct.

Privacy-preserving finalization

Managers see completion status and calculated results without respondent labels. Finalization removes respondent-to-rating attribution while preserving reportable Reputation Results and privacy-suppressed Relationship Analytics.

From assessment to interpretation

Current manager workflows support collection, finalization, results review, and controlled participant release.

Six dimensions feed transparent composite domains, the Execution Axis, the Team Axis, and nine management-matrix profiles.

Notable Signals identify reportable dimensions with a uniquely Positive or Negative response concentration of at least 70%.

Anonymous Relationship Analytics describes reciprocal and differing perceptions across colleague pairs without retaining pair identities.
