Terms of Service
Terms for using Peer Rep Index
These terms describe the responsibilities and service conditions that apply when managers and participants use Peer Rep Index.
Agreement and operator
By creating an account, administering an assessment, submitting responses, or accessing released results, you agree to these terms. If you use Peer Rep Index for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Peer Rep Index is a product of INAMCO. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Using Peer Rep Index
Peer Rep Index provides tools for managers to create peer-reputation assessments, invite participants, monitor completion, calculate results, and release configured result views. You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your manager account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
Manager responsibilities
Assessment managers decide who participates, which dimensions are enabled, when an assessment opens or closes, whether it is finalized, and whether results are released. Managers are responsible for having an appropriate organizational basis to collect participant information, send invitations, and use the resulting reports. Peer Rep Index results describe aggregated peer perceptions and must not be treated as independently verified facts, predictions, or automated employment decisions.
Participant access
Invitation and released-result links are access credentials for the intended recipient. Recipients should not publish or forward them. Participants must base responses on direct experience and may select Not Enough Experience rather than guess. Managers can see workflow completion and activity status, but reporting does not present an identified respondent's individual choices as a named transcript.
Accounts and Google sign-in
Managers may authenticate with supported credentials, including Google sign-in when enabled. Google identity information is used according to the Privacy Policy to establish, link, secure, and maintain the manager account. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete information already stored by Peer Rep Index.
Results and release access
Results are calculated from submitted responses using the methodology and reporting thresholds active for the assessment. Not Enough Experience and missing responses are excluded where the methodology specifies. Participant result access depends on the release settings selected by the manager. Tokenized result links must be kept private and may expire or be revoked.
Service integrity
You may not attempt to access another user's account or data, interfere with assessment or email delivery, evade access controls or rate limits, introduce harmful code, scrape the service, or use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or its data.
Availability and changes
Peer Rep Index may change as functionality, security requirements, and analytical methodology evolve. Historical finalized analytical records remain governed by their stored methodology versions where the product specifies versioned results. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, failures, or changes; uninterrupted availability is not promised.
Account and data requests
Managers may contact the operator to request account or associated-data deletion. Deletion may affect access to organizations, assessments, or reports and may be limited where retention is necessary for security, legal obligations, or the rights of other authorized users. Assessment-specific finalization and privacy behavior is described in the Privacy Policy.
Product ownership
Peer Rep Index, its interface, software, branding, and methodology materials are provided by INAMCO and remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or authorize reuse of its branding or software beyond normal use of the service.
Privacy and contact
The Privacy Policy explains how account, Google identity, assessment, participant, and result information is handled.
Questions about these terms may be directed to the operator through the INAMCO website. Last updated August 19, 2026.
